Refund & Cancelation Policy

Once the order is confirmed, RaharOrganic will cancel & refund only in the below cases –

  • If the product is spoiled.
  • If you received a damaged product.
  • In case of the missing product.
  • Products have expired by the time of delivery.
  • In the above cases, RaharOrganic needs to be notified of the damaged product within 3 days from the delivery date via email, WhatsApp & Call…

  • In case of Refund/Return, you need to provide an order number, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the internal item to be sent.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After that, we will take the appropriate action & provide you a solution within 24 to 48 hours.
